How can I make a reservation?

At Magnolia Hoeve, we work with two separate booking systems. This helps us keep everything clear and allows us to plan both our accommodations and activities properly.
This does mean that overnight stays and activities must be booked separately.

1. Booking an overnight stay

Would you like to stay overnight with us?
You can reserve your stay via our accommodation booking system.

Here you can book:

• 🌙 Your accommodation (such as glamping, yurt, or pipowagen)
• 🔥 Extras related to your stay (for example a towel package or party package)

During the booking process, you will immediately see availability and prices.
After completing your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

2. Booking activities

Our activities (such as horse riding lessons, workshops, and clinics) are booked through a separate activity booking system.

Here you can book:

• 🐎 The activity itself
• ➕ Any extras related to the activity

Important:
Activities are not automatically linked to your overnight stay.
If you would like to participate in an activity during your stay, you must book it separately via the activity booking system.

3. Combining your stay & activities

Would you like to both stay overnight and participate in one or more activities?

• First, book your overnight stay
• Then, book the desired activities separately

This ensures that everything is scheduled correctly.

4. Activities with horses

Additional conditions apply to activities involving horses:

• Agreement with our stable and safety rules
• For some activities, a lesson or agreement must be signed during the first visit

This is important for the safety and well-being of both people and horses.
