Who Are Walking Rides For?

Walking rides are ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful ride in nature, even if not everyone in the group has the same level of experience.

Important Information

Bookable online for 2 to 4 people.
Experience required when booking online:
- For 2 or 3 riders, at least 1 person must have riding experience.
- For 4 riders, at least 2 people must have riding experience.
Riding experience means that you have mastered the basics of walk, trot and canter and are able to ride independently.
Guidance:
- For 2 riders, 1 guide will accompany the ride.
- For 3 or 4 riders, 2 guides will accompany the ride.
Are all riders beginners? Please contact us before booking. A walking trail ride with only inexperienced riders is only possible if we have sufficient additional guides available. In that case, we will provide an extra guide, for which an additional fee of €35 applies.. Please do not book the walking trail ride online until you have received confirmation from us that an extra guide is available. Alternatively, we also offer private riding lessons, allowing you to safely become acquainted with horse riding.

At the start, the instructor will assess the riders’ level. If you indicated when booking that there is sufficient riding experience within the group, but it turns out on arrival that none of the riders have sufficient experience and control, the ride cannot take place for safety reasons. If an extra guide has not been arranged in advance, we cannot guarantee one at the last minute. As the instructor, horses and time slot have been specifically reserved for you, the amount paid will not be refunded in this case. By booking, you agree to these conditions.

Duration: 60 minutes
Age: from 10 years
Price: from €65,00 per person
Start time: the time you select when booking is the start of the ride. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before this time.

Safety & Equipment

Required: approved riding helmet (available for rent)
Optional: body protector (available for rent)
Clothing: proper riding attire and sturdy shoes/boots with a heel
Not allowed: loose clothing or jewelry
Weight limit: 90 kg (for horse welfare)

Change & Cancellation Policy

Changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance via your account in our appointment system (provided you have an account). Alternatively, the ride can be rescheduled for another day by prior arrangement. No refunds will be issued.
Changes are no longer possible within 48 hours, and the full tuition fee will be charged.
