Cancel or change your reservation

Magnolia Hoeve applies cancellation policies if you are unexpectedly unable to attend your activity or booking. By placing a booking, you agree to the cancellation conditions listed below.

Horse Riding Activities

In the confirmation email you received after booking an activity, the minimum notice period for (free) rescheduling is stated. This differs per type of activity. The email also contains a link to modify your booking.

• Cancelled lessons or activities are not refunded.
• Rescheduling is possible:
  • ≥ 24 hours in advance for private or group lessons
  • ≥ 48 hours in advance for trail rides, workshops, trainings, and yoga on/next to the horse
• In consultation, the activity can be rescheduled or made up.
• With timely cancellation, no lesson will be deducted from a subscription.
• In case of late cancellation or no-show, the right to participate lapses, without refund or rescheduling option.

Overnight Stays & Stable Rental

• Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: refund of the paid amount minus €35 administration fee per booking.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
• Changes are possible subject to availability, with €35 change fee per change, plus any price difference.
• Early departure or early termination does not entitle to a refund; the full reserved period remains payable.
• For bookings made via an external booking platform, the cancellation conditions of that platform apply.

Wellness Area

• Cancellation or changes up to 48 hours before start: possible with €35 administration fee.
• Cancellation or changes within 48 hours before start or no-show: 100% of the rental fee remains payable; no refund applies.

Meeting Room / Hay Barn

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the reservation: 50% of the rental fee is payable.
• Cancellation 14 days or less before the reservation: 100% of the rental fee is payable.
• Changes to room rental are only possible in consultation, with €35 change fee plus any price difference.

Indoor Arena Rental

• Cancellation or changes up to 24 hours in advance: rescheduling is possible; no refund is given.
• Cancellation or changes within 24 hours before start: 100% of the rental fee is payable.
